visionlab collects all the necessary documents from the team members and uses this material to create the application in a design that presents the group as a homogeneous unit respecting the client’s corporate identity.
We analyse the tender text and, based on our experience and local knowledge, are able to read between the lines and draw our partners' attention to its subtleties and advise accordingly.
We accompany the client during onsite visits for the first contact with the contracting authorities and the local partners in order to break down cultural and language barriers.
We conduct detailed research on legal regulations and construction requirements, help formulate queries to the contracting authority and provide information on the type and scope of the documents to be submitted.
visionlab negotiates with the design partners about their participation in the competition in terms of performance and fees, and in any subsequent phases that may need to be defined at this point.
We advise and inform about additional contents and coordinate the exchange of information between the planners in order to ensure that all planning contents are taken into account. We check the final documents of the team members for completeness and offer to take over the timely submission of the competition documents.
